Biscuit accompanied by ice cream and coffee

Components
  • Three chocolate chip cookies
  • 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream (or milk)
  • ground coffee
  • purified water
Ready state
  1. Pour water into the bottom chamber of the Italian coffee maker up to the safety valve level. The valve, which resembles a button, is located on the inner wall of the base. Fully fill the filter basket with coffee grounds, making sure to add the powder by spoonfuls without pressing it down.
  1. Place the top of the coffee maker and rock it until it seals properly. To prevent the coffee from burning when it touches the hot jar, add one tablespoon of filtered water to the top of the coffee maker.
  2. Remove the coffee maker. After approximately 5 minutes, when all the coffee has moved to the top of the coffee maker, turn off the heat.
  3. To assemble the dessert, put two scoops of ice cream on each bottom plate or bowl, break one cookie into large chunks and position them between the ice cream scoops, then carefully pour approximately 1/4 cup of coffee over it and serve immediately.
The coffee you desire

This recipe was made using a standard Italian coffee maker that serves 3 cups. You can use your preferred brewing method to make this recipe—it becomes hotter with stronger, more robust coffees.
