Components
  • 1½ cups of tea milk
  • 1 tea cup of wheat flour
  • Two eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • Use butter to grease the skillet.
Setup phase
  1. In a small bowl, crack one egg at a time and pour it into a medium bowl. Use a wire whisk to blend the whites and yolks thoroughly. Pour in the milk and mix well. Gradually add the flour, stirring with the wire whisk after each addition to avoid clumps, and season with salt. (Alternatively, you can blend all the ingredients in a blender if you prefer.)
  1. Allow the dough to rest in the bowl for a minimum of 20 minutes at room temperature. If you prefer to prepare the dough ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator.
  2. Place a non-stick frying pan (or pancake pan) with a 20 cm diameter base over medium heat. As it heats up, add approximately half a teaspoon of butter (or oil).
  3. Stir the dough well. Using your right hand (if you’re right-handed), lift the skillet and, with your other hand, put about half a cup of dough with a shell in the center of the skillet. At the same time, rotate the skillet in a circular motion to spread the dough evenly across the bottom. Keep the heat at medium. When bubbles start to form and the dough detaches from the skillet, flip it with a silicone spatula to cook the other side.
  4. Place the crepe on a plate and continue the same steps with the remaining batter—before making each new crepe, coat the bottom of the frying pan with butter (or oil) using a paper towel. Serve immediately or allow the crepes to cool completely, then stack them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
CREPE RECHEADO

Check out this pairing: a cheese crepe paired with passion fruit jelly. To prepare, put a crepe in the frying pan and spread approximately 1/2 cup of grated cheese over one half. Fold the other half over the cheese and cook on low heat for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Then fold the crepe once more to create a triangle and serve immediately.

Please provide the text you would like me to paraphrase.

You can prepare double the recipe by simply doubling the ingredient quantities. If you prefer to make half the recipe, that works too; for this, use 3⁄4 cup of milk.

You can add a tablespoon of sugar to the dough to make sweet crepes, or even incorporate lemon or orange zest.
