Components
- 1⁄2 cup of popcorn corn kernels
- Half a tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of seasoning for homemade poultry
Mode of preparation
- Put the oil in a medium-sized pan, add 3 corn kernels, and heat over medium to low heat. Once one of the kernels pops, the oil is hot enough for making popcorn. Add the rest of the corn, stir in the homemade seasoning, cover the pan, and lower the heat.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat for approximately 5 minutes, until the interval between popcorn pops exceeds 2 seconds. Every 2 minutes, grasp the pan by the handles, lift it, and gently stir in circular motions to ensure the kernels pop evenly.
- Place in a bowl and serve immediately – no need to add salt!
